I have been trying to eat healthier. I have found that if you slice a banana and put the slices flat on a plate and freeze it, that they make a great sweet snack. Also, the slices don't turn brown!
I have also started adding a couple of dozen almonds to my morning cereal. It adds lots of protein to breakfast and I can go to lunch without feeling hungry. Almonds are supposed to be one of the best appetite suppressants IF you eat 2 dozen at a time. They also contain healthy fat that people need in their diet.
