Tip for Sticky Nesties or Intricate Dies

I have several dies with really intricate designs. They are nearly impossible to separate from the paper without tearing off the tiny parts. Additionally some stick to the plate itself. Simply put one layer of waxed paper between the die and the cardstock before cutting and voila! you have solved the problem.

Trick or Treat with Copics

Stamp sources unknown. I did the left image embossed in clear and the right sentiment embossed in white. Then I colored the heated sentiment with Copics. I sponged some white around the witches to make a haze.

Praise for Waltzingmouse Stamps

Claire Brennan at Waltzingmouse is going to be getting lots of my stamping dollars. She is in N. Ireland. I ordered last Tuesday and the stamps are already here. They are perfect, sturdy, and fabulous designs. Click on the title of this post to see what I am talking about.

Oh, yes---her personal customer service and immediate answer to emails is impeccable.

Customize Your Ribbon

This card was made with Papertrey's Black Stitched Ribbon. The stitching was white and I just turned it orange with a marker! Works best to put lighter colors on the darker colors of ribbon. All stamps unknown except for the text which is Papertrey. The fence is a Martha Stewart punch.
