Endless possibilities. See post below for more info! Hmm--I wonder if it is safe to punch chipboard with scalloped punches.
Several have asked how I got the circle chipboard punch. I used my Coluzzle. Just like some of you who inquired, my circle punches won't do it. The Coluzzle tool cuts them very easily and smoothly for me. I do not use heavy chipboard though.

Thanks for the instructions....I finally got it!! One last question.....how did you get a circle out of chipboard? My punches won't go thru it
