Doodle Daisy

This is the Hero Arts Doodle Daisy embossed in white on Rose Romance cardstock. I added Stickles to the petals. The stemp is from A clear set of Flourishes I purchased at Walmart. I also used my little SU air gun bulb to add some green here and there on the background.

Several have asked about the stamp. I got in on ebay for $8 and yes, I got it instead of Pick a Petal from SU. I may even cut the petals apart and use indivdually at some point. There is another card using this stamp on my old blog at http://blog.360.yahoo.com/rubyslippers74

This is beautiful. How expensive was this Hero Arts stamp? Looks like a great compromise to SU's pick a petal. Thanks for sharing.

How adorable. I may have to use this idea with the Stampin' Up! pick-a-petal set that's still untouched. Love your blog.

Very pretty! That flourish just makes it so elegant.

Donna! Thanks for visiting my blog!!! I love your blog! Is it okay if I add it to my links??

You had a question about the cards on one of my entries. The top card was made by my blog buddy whose name is Donna too! She used one of the stamps from this line: http://americanartstamp.com/cart/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=6

and i made the bottom card using a stamp from Magenta. They are a Canadian company with lots of cool stamps.

I am curious to know which stamp it is that you were crazy about. Please let me know!

My Dad lives on Bainbridge Island, but I guess that is pretty far from you right?

Hope to hear from you soon!
