Oh, Betsy, I Love You!!
Betsy figured out a way to make adorable little rosettes using the scraps from the Papertrey Rick Rack die. So easy, so cute, and they are made of felt. Click the title of this post for the very simple instructions. I made several of these in under 5 minutes!
