I got this stamp in Seattle and I love it. It is one of the new stamps from Hero Arts and they have them at Impress. I colored it with a marker. The background is Bazille that was cuttlebugged and then sanded so the while core shows through her an dther. The edge punch is the Fiskars lace punch that punches and dry embosses at the same time. The 3 dew drops at the top add a bit of sparkle.
