Kincade
This is my first successful image with the Skater's Vignette. I was so disappointed in how tiny the stamp itself was and how many of the image parts were blacked out. For example the building on the stamp shows brick walls which I planned to color but they are all blacked out.Same for all the coats on all the people and many other things. There is very little one can color. Betsy at GW suggested I try it on glossy and it showed the detail much better, but in only 2 days the black ink is fading. Not sure what I can do to work with this stamp easier. I thought the frame would have been the size of the full card and the oval inside reasonably large. Not so. Paper used is Basic Grey Figgy Pudding. I used a Dove blender and markers to color and Stickles for snow.

What Should Be on YOUR Christmas List for Santa?
These are my top picks!
10. Ultra Clean Cleaner. Best cleaner I have ever used and it is good on clear and red rubber.
9. New Backgrounds from Cornish Heritage. So versatile and such a good price for really good quality rubber.
8. Stickles. I just love glitter and this is the fastest way to get satisfying sparkle!
7. Hot Knife. This thing is just wonderful for trimming out my unmounted stamps on foam.
6. EZ Mount foam for unmounting stamps. Genius idea at a reasonable price that really changed my stamping and the space in my stamp room so much.
5. Fiskars Rotary Paper Cutter. I have had the one I own for years and it has always worked so well.
4. Cuttlebug and all the folders. I really think for what you get it is a real deal. Also it works so well with the Nestabilities.
3. Watercolor Crayons. I will never tired of these. Worth every penny. I have the Caran d'Arche ones and just love them.

Penny Black Snowflakes
I was in Spokane a couple of years ago at a store called Apropos and saw all the cool things they did with Penny Black stickers. Ever since, I pick up a few from each year's collection. I put these on a Bazille cardstock that is very close in color to Carribean blue.
