Looks Like Rain PTI Style

I love this little boot. I was inspired by a similar card I saw somewhere. The back ground top half of the card is Cuttlebugged with Swiss Dots and I left the lower part unembossed. Ribbon from JoAnn. The black dots are done iwth a gel pen.
