This is Papertrey's Out on a Limb set done in Cool Caribbean. The ribbon is velvet and is a close match. I got it at Reasonableribbon.com I punched a slot with a punch to run the ribbon over and then behind. Background layer is Taken With Teal, which goes perfectly with CC.
