I used white Stazon to apply the swirls (SU Roller) to the transparency that goes over the top of the snowman. I colored the snowman with Tombow markers.
Well, this is just darling! Great image and super coloring! Love the swirls over the snowman, it gives it lots of depth :) The sentiment fits the image perfectly!
