I keep small scraps and did not find the file method satisfactory. A few months ago I got out these old VHS cases, color coded them with strips, and put them on my desk like books. Finally, a method that works for me!
Looks fantastic. I struggle with scraps, too. I have some of them in their own color bags, but they are not at an arm's reach. I like the idea of having something on your desk. It is so hard for me to throw any paper away!
